Thanks for being the first on upgrading the vietnamese phrasebook. I didn't know that you were learning Italian! In this case you are the perfect person to work on that phrasebook :-) PS I've just made a modification because the correct structure is: "italian : translation (Italian pronunciation using Italian phonems)".
