Bari , Apulia region (South of Italy)

Bari is the capital city in the Apulia region, in the southern of Italy. Bari is a small economic centre. You can visit by foot the old town, very small but the main attractions are located here : the amazing  Basilica of Saint Nicholas, the famous Petruzzelli Theatre but also a beautiful historic centre with characteristic architecture. Furthermore beaches and local food speciality- seafish is very tasty here - located in the middle of the old town, but you can find seafish restaurants are anywhere in the city. A very famous celebrations in this city is  the Saint Nicholas of Bari, a great feast during which the city is completely blocked by the celebrations of the patron saint. it is a festival deeply felt by the local population.
