Polignano a Mare

Polignano a Mare is famous for its crystal clean sea and for its rocks, this place is called “the pearl of the Adriatic”, and is situated 30 kilometers from Bari. In Polignano a mare you can find white homes overlooking the sea, an elegant waterfront and here there is the statue of mister volare that hugs the old city. Polignano fascinates for its historic center with Arabic and byzantine traces. From the “arch of the door” you can enter the magic village where there is the mother church and you can visit the museum of “Pino Pascali”. The coast of Polignano was awarded with the recognition of the blue flag and his full of caves and coves. The nice thing of Polignano is that we can go around it by an “ape car”, covered by lights and flowers; there are also some colorful bikes. Another feature of Polignano is that you can eat fish while admiring the sunset standing on the terrace on sitting rocks.
